Hi, I’m Nikkie, welcome to my home bakery.
My culinary journey began in high school where I spent two years at a technical school for culinary arts, developing fundamental kitchen skills and gaining a strong foundation in the culinary industry. I then attended Scottsdale Le Cordon Bleu, earning an associates degree in patisserie and baking.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various kitchens and bakeries, honing my skills through hands on experience. Now, I take great pleasure in applying my expertise in my own kitchen where I continue to explore and refine my craft.
